Reporting Dates & Requirements

Spring Count is February 14, 2018
Packets and MSDS data entry is due to Andrea Heiden by Friday, March 2, 2018.
The following information must be accurately entered into eSchool by the packet due date:
  • Special Education -MI Special Ed
  • Suspension/Expulsion -Interventions
  • At Risk (provided by 31A funded instructional staff) - Personal  & MI At Risk
  • Demographics including UICs (UICs will be created by A. Heiden) - Personal
  • Meal Status (Uploaded by Andrea Heiden) - Personal
  • Homeless (Forms must be completed and turned in to Jenny Tanner) - Personal
  • Limited English Proficiency (updated by Jenny Tanner) - MI LEP
  • Residency (Verify accuracy against list provided by Gayle Lambrix) - Registration
 
All information shall remain the same until the final MSDS submission is complete. No changes to FTE, special education, building, or demographic information should be made until notified.
 
End of Year - MSDS entries due before buildings leave for the summer break

End of Year - TSDL
All courses are reported for students that fall into anyone one of these situations; therefore, all courses should be treated as if they are being submitted.
 
The TSDL Collection is an ongoing collection. Buildings must submit full course data for the following populations:
  • Migrant education participants (Grades 9-12)
  • Dual enrollment participants (Grades 9-12)
  • Early Middle College participants (Grades 9-12)
  • Advanced and accelerated learning (AP/IB) participants (All Grades)
  • Virtual/online learning participants (All Grades)
  • 64b funding claims for dual enrollment courses
 
SECTION 25e
Section 25e claims are made between count dates only. It begins the first day after the fall count; and ends the day before the spring count.
 
All forms for that week must be turned in by the Monday following the week of their enrollment.
