Reporting Dates & Requirements

Spring Count is February 8, 2017
Packets and MSDS data entry is due to Andrea Heiden by February 23, 2017.
The following information must be accurately entered by each building into eSchool for the Spring2017 submission to MSDS:
  • Demographics including UICs (UICs will be created by A. Heiden)
  • Meal Status (Uploaded by A. Heiden)
  • Multiple Birth Order
  • Homeless (Forms must be completed and turned in to J. Tanner)
  • Limited English Proficiency (updated by J. Tanner)
  • Residency (Verify accuracy against list provided by G. Lambrix)
  • Special Education Demographics (updated by A. Heiden)
  • Suspension/Expulsion
  • Title I (Provided by T1 funded instructional staff)
  • At Risk (Provided by 31A funded instructional staff)
All enrollees that start on October 6, 2016 must be reported by using the Section 25e forms provided; due via email,every Monday by 10 am, to Andrea Heiden.

Section 25e claims end on Feburary 7, 2017. All forms for that week must be turned in on that day.

Transfer Student Information:

Student Center>Demographic>Student Transfer Information

This includes students who have enrolled in the district, the proper enrollment date and the transferring school/district information*. Students who have transferred out of the district should have a proper exit date, their reason for leaving, and the transferring school/district.

*Format for entering transferring students:
Michigan District: District Name, Building Name
Out of State: District Name, Building Name, City, State
