The Jets Community Health Center is providing a $10 gift card to the first 100 students who schedule and attend their first medical appointment at the health center. Appointments can be made for; well child visit, physical exams – including sports physicals, medication prescriptions, immunizations, chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, etc.), and any other primary care services that your child may benefit from.
